Ellsworth Adhesives specs in materials in each of those products! Ellsworth Corporation, a global industry leading distributor of specialty chemicals and equipment and adhesive manufacturer, is looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This is a fully remote role.
This Business Development Manager is a key strategic position for Ellsworth that will manage new and current key reseller and chemical management customers to maximize sales and gross profit growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Grows new resale business and develop business to meet customer needs and sales growth.

• Develops new business areas and profitably expand technology, products, services and geographies.

• Works with strategic U.S. business partners to develop, communicate and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate division goals.

• Collaborates with the SCD Global President, The Engineering Sales Rep Group and other Ellsworth divisions, to achieve coordinated new business development plans.

• Engages with end use customers as assigned to develop new business

• Develops and utilizes competitive analysis profiles and benchmarks based on a gap-analysis

• Initiates acquisition and alliance assessments.

Requirements:

• Master's degree or equivalent in a related field of study and 10+ years of related industrial experience and/or training. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered as equivalent at the discretion of Human Resources and the hiring Manager.

• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel as business needs require

• Demonstrated outside sales acumen with strong business acumen to understand how decisions impact profitability.

• Demonstrated knowledge of the market and competition
